Every loan application is reviewed by a human advisor. The decision is notified within 48 hours on average. If approved, a written offer is issued, including the fixed APR, the monthly payment, the term and the complete amortization schedule.
3. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 21 of the Spanish Consumer Code, the borrower has 14 calendar days from signing to withdraw without justification. Any principal disbursed is returned in full, without penalty.
4. Early repayment
Possible at any time, in whole or in part. Unaccrued interest is not due. No early repayment fee beyond the legal threshold of 1% of the remaining principal due for amounts exceeding €10,000 over a rolling year.
5. Payment default
In the event of persistent non-payment, the lending institution may apply late interest capped by law and demand immediate repayment of the remaining principal due. Before any proceedings, we provide for a mandatory dialogue phase and the option to defer up to three monthly payments at no charge.
6. Guarantees
Depending on the profile and amount, the contract may provide for credit insurance, a personal guarantee or a real security. Insurance is never imposed and remains at the borrower's discretion, who may take it out with the provider of their choice.
7. Mediation and jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute not resolved through direct dialogue with your advisor, you may refer the matter to the banking ombudsman of the Bank of Spain. Failing an agreement, the courts of Madrid have jurisdiction. The contract is governed by Spanish law.
